•	The Member App is essential to make the most of your Membership with TOTAL Fitness. We highly recommend you familiarise yourself with our Member App.

•	If you haven’t already, simply download the GYM MASTER Member App from the Play/App Store on your phone and log in. Simply search for: ‘GymMaster Member App’

MEMBERSHIP MANAGEMENT:
    - You can also manage your membership through the App, including things like updating your details, including bank details, freezing your membership and other helpful.
    - There are a number of helpful tools in the Member App, such as a visit history, list of bookings held, club contact details & staffed Hours.

BOOKINGS:
    - All Recovery Center & Class Bookings are made through the Members App.
    - You can also amend, cancel and manage your bookings through the App.


MEMBER APP

•	Member Access Only: Only active members may use the facilities. All guests must be pre-approved by staff, properly checked in, provide us with a photo ID  and have a completed Pre-Exercise Questionnaire on file.

•	Swipe Access Card: You must swipe your access card to gain entry to the Club. Please ensure you do not allow entry to anyone who has not swiped their access card. If anyone enters behind you without swiping their access card, immediately report this to our staff. Keeping the club safe is everyone’s responsibility.

•	Tailgating Fine: Unauthorized entry or letting others in without permission will incur a fine of $250.

•	After-Hours Access: Only members aged 18+ are permitted after hours. Follow all security and safety procedures during this time.

•	Safety: Be familiar with our evacuation procedures and assembly points (add a photo) 

CLUB USE

•	Our Change rooms and bathrooms are unisex, please be respectful of other people.

•	Private changing cubicles & Showers are provided.

•	Please ensure you use the private changing cubicles & showers when privacy is required. DO NOT change or remove your clothing in the shared areas.

•	There is a Ladies only Bathroom Area. Only Females may enter this area.

CHANGE ROOMS

The Recovery Area is only accessible during staffed hours.

Bookings are essential and must be made through the app. No entry is allowed without a valid booking.

You may only enter the area 2 minutes before your session and must leave immediately after your session ends.

Only one session is allowed per day. Sessions are either;
- Plunge & Steam
- Infrared Sauna.
- Hydro Massage Beds.

Double sessions are only permitted for Plunge & Steam and only during off-peak times:
(Peak = Mon–Fri 5:30–7:30am & 4:00–6:30pm).

Infrared Sauna and Hydro Massage remain limited to one session per day.

Infrared Saunas are gender specific. You can only book the sauna that matches your gender. But there is one Mixed Sauna available anyone.

You may only hold one advanced booking at a time, up to 3 days in advance. 

Swimwear is mandatory—no underwear.

You must shower before using the pools.

Always sit on a towel in saunas and dry off before exiting the area to keep shared spaces clean and safe.

RECOVERY

•	Bookings are essential to attend a Reformer Pilates or any other class in the Serenity Studio. There is no attendance allowed without a booking.

•	Bookings are made through the member App. If you haven’t already, simply download from the Play/App Store on your phone and log in.

•	You can also amend or cancel bookings through the app if needed.

•	You must check-in to your class using the App. The instructor may also do a role call before the class starts.

•	On any given day, you can only book ONE individual class.

•	However, you can also do an additional class in a given day if you wait at the classroom and there is a spare spot when the class starts. The Instructor will grant permission once they check attendance. People holding a waitlist booking will be given first priority.

•	You can only hold one advanced booking at a time and only book a maximum of 3 days out.

REFORMER PILATES & SERENITY STUDIO

•	Bookings are not required to attend a class in the Athletic Arena. You simply arrive before the scheduled class to secure your place.

•	If too many people wish to attend a class, attendance will be granted on a first come basis.

ATHLETIC ARENA

•	Massage Chairs are located next to the Member Lounge.

•	Massage Chairs are available 24/7.

•	Bookings are essential to use the Massage Chairs. There is no use of the Massage Chairs allowed without a booking.

•	Please strictly adhere to your booking time. Make sure to leave the room as soon as your session ends.

•	Bookings are made through the member App. If you haven’t already, simply download from the Play/App Store on your phone and log in.

•	You can also amend or cancel bookings through the app if needed.

•	Remove your Shoes before your Massage.

•	Use the Touch Screens to Select your preferred Massage session.

•	Do NOT use the Chair if you are sweaty. You must be clean & dry.

•	Please Wipe down the Chair when finished.

MASSAGE CHAIRS

LOUNGE:
o	All members are welcome to enjoy the member lounge.
o	Enjoy the plush leather lounges before or after your workout. They are AMAZING!
o	Please ensure you are clean and dry before using the lounges though. Helps keep them nice for everyone to enjoy. 

COFFEE & TEA:
o	Follow the instructions on the Touch Screen for your Coffee, Tea or Hot Chocolate.
o	Please dispose of your waste thoughtfully.
o	Please wipe down any mess you create. Please leave the lounge & Kitchenette clean & tidy.

COMPRESSION BOOTS:
o	No booking is required to use the Compression Boots. They are available on a First come basis. If they are available, simply put them on and use them. 


MEMBER LOUNGE

•	Contact a Staff member to Book in a body scan.

•	Please seek assistance before using the Body Scanner. You are not permitted to use the Body Scanner without a Staff Member.
