If you bought or downloaded a digital product from a Linktree, you can find it again on your Purchases page. Log in with the email you used at checkout to download your files, contact the seller, or report a problem.
Download your product
- Go to
linktr.biz/notifications, or select Download product in your receipt email. - Enter the email address you used at checkout and select Next.
- Enter the one-time code we send to your email.
- Select Purchases, then select the product you bought.
- Select Download all to download your files.
From the same page, you can also:
- Contact seller: Email the seller with a question about your purchase.
- Report seller: Report a breach of Linktree's Terms and Conditions.
