How to use Insights to improve your Linktree

Use your Insights to see which links your audience clicks, then update your Linktree based on what's working. Insights show how your audience behaves and what content they're interested in. Checking them often helps you make content decisions based on real results rather than guesses.

Check your Insights often

Go to Insights to track your views and clicks. Your views show which calls to action bring your audience to your Linktree. Your clicks show which links they engage with once they're there.

Update your Linktree based on your Insights

  • Move links that get fewer clicks. Try moving a less popular link further up your Linktree, or remove it if it still doesn't perform.
  • Test your link titles. Try different wording on a link and see how its clicks change.

The more you test, the easier it gets to decide what to add, move, or remove.

Fix a drop in clicks

If your Insights show fewer views or clicks than usual, try these:

  • Add the links you're talking about. If you mention something on social media, make sure it's on your Linktree so you don't miss those clicks.
  • Keep your link titles consistent. Use the same words on your Linktree that you use to describe the link on social media.
  • Ask your audience. Run an Instagram poll or send an email to get feedback.
  • Experiment. Try new things, like a different content format.
