Report a Linktree that uses your copyright or trademark with our IP infringement form. Our Trust and Safety team reviews every report and emails you with updates or next steps. An infringement can be a username, an image like a profile image or background, or content shared through a link on a Linktree.
Tip
Our Intellectual Property Takedown Policy explains what copyright and trademark cover, and what we do when we get a report.
Report an infringement
- Go to the IP infringement form.
- Choose whether your claim is about copyright or trademark.
- Fill in the form with the proof we need, then submit it.
- Copyright: Include a link to the Linktree and specific details about the work being infringed, including proof that you own it.
- Trademark: Include official documentation that shows you own the term, usually a certificate. We don't accept screenshots from public websites, such as USPTO search results.
Note
We can only review reports about content on Linktree. For content on another website, contact that website's operator.
Submit a counter-notice
If we removed your content or banned your Linktree after an IP report and you think it was a mistake, you can file a counter-notice.
- Go to the IP infringement form.
- Choose copyright or trademark, then choose the counter-notice option.
- Fill in the form and submit it.
