If your payouts haven't arrived, your Stripe account most likely still needs to be verified. When you sell through your Linktree, payments go straight into your Stripe account, but Stripe pauses transfers to your bank until it has verified your details. Most verification issues take a few minutes to fix in your Stripe Dashboard.
Note
Selling through Linktree is only available in certain countries, and other eligibility criteria may apply. Check who can earn with Linktree.
Check for a verification banner
- Log in to your Stripe Dashboard.
- Look for a red banner at the top. If there is one, select Review details to see what Stripe needs from you.

Fix common verification issues
Add your Linktree as your website
Stripe needs to know what you're selling and confirm that your site is real.
- Add your Linktree URL as your website in your Stripe public details.
- Make sure the Shop tab on your Linktree has at least one visible product or service, so Stripe can see what you sell.
Match your details to official records
Stripe may pause payouts when:
- Your personal or business details don't match official records.
- Business registration documents are missing or out of date.
- Your ID is blurry, expired, or not supported.
- Your proof of address doesn't match the address you submitted.
- Your bank account details don't match the account holder's details.
Add details for every business owner
If your business has more than one owner, Stripe may need ID documents for everyone who owns or controls it.
Update your details in Stripe
- Log in to your Stripe Dashboard.
- Select Review details on the red banner at the top.
- Follow the prompts to upload or update your information.
If you've updated your details and payouts are still paused, Stripe Support can review your account. Stripe's article on verifying your Stripe account has more detail on what it asks for.
