Having trouble logging in? We get it, it's frustrating. Most login problems come down to the login page, the email address, or a forgotten password, so work through these checks in order.
Check the basics
- Go to linktr.biz/login to log in.
- To start fresh, log out first at linktr.biz/logout.
- Enter the email address on your Linktree account. You can use any sign-in option (password, one-time code, Google, or Apple) as long as it uses that same email address.
- Check the spelling of your username or email address.
- Your username is the last part of your Linktree URL, for example
linktr.biz/yourusername. If you can't remember it, use the forgot username tool.

- Reset your password if you've forgotten it. We'll email you a reset link, so check your spam or junk folder if it doesn't arrive.
- Try a different browser, switch devices, or log in through the Linktree app.
Note
If you can't access the email address on your account, you'll need to go through account recovery for security reasons. Learn how to recover your account.
Log in with your email or username
- Go to the Linktree login page.
- Enter your email or username, then select Continue.
- Enter your password, or the 6-digit code we send to your email, then select Submit.

Log in with Google or Apple
Google and Apple sign-in work as long as the email address on your Google account or Apple ID matches the one on your Linktree account, even if you signed up a different way.
- On the Linktree login page, select Continue with Google or Continue with Apple.
- Sign in with the Google account or Apple ID that uses your Linktree email address. When you're done, you're taken back to your Linktree Admin.
