How to customize your Linktree design

Go to the Design tab to change your theme, header, wallpaper, buttons, and text, so your Linktree matches your brand or personal style. A consistent design builds trust with your audience and makes the trip from your socials to your Linktree feel seamless. A clear, readable design also helps visitors find the links they care about most.

Tip

Add your links before you start designing, so you can see how your design looks with your real content. See about links and Link Apps.

Customize your design

  1. From My Linktree, select Edit, then select Design.
  2. Choose what you want to customize:
  3. Check your changes in the preview. On desktop, it's on the right side of the screen. On mobile, it's above the design menu.
  4. Select Save.

Design tips

Match your brand colors

Use the same color codes as your website or brand, so your Linktree feels like part of the same place. A color picker tool can copy the exact code from your website. If you don't have brand colors yet, choose a few colors that represent you well.

Avoid colors that are only close to your brand colors, or that make text hard to read.

Choose a button shape that fits your style

Rounded buttons give your Linktree a modern, playful feel.

Rectangular buttons feel classic and elegant.

Keep it readable

  • Choose a simple background that keeps the focus on your links.
  • Pick button and text colors that stand out against your background.
  • Use good quality images and videos.

If you have to squint to read your text, visitors will too. Busy backgrounds and low contrast make your links harder to find.
